But they would not listen and were as stiff-necked as their ancestors, who did not trust in the Lord their God. (2 Kings 17:14)


Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. (Psalm 20:7)


He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him. (Psalm 40:3)


Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods. (Psalm 40:4)


It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans. (Psalm 118:8)

It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” (Jeremiah 17:7-8)


May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)
