Starting This Walk

At one time or another, we can hear the whisper of something in our ear, in our mind, a voice that speaks to our soul. There are times when “something” tells us to go in a certain direction or follow a different path. Something might caution us against doing one thing or another whether we heed the advice or not. When my mother was still with us and I would mention these warnings to her, she would say, “Baby, that’s the spirit.” That spirit is alive and well, speaking to me on a regular basis. It speaks to all of us. This walk is about looking closer at what thus said the Lord through that still, small voice. For most of us this voice is quiet but profoundly on point. On many levels, it was this voice that encouraged me to start this walk.
